Zabava complex is located in Sithonia. This is a true oasis for those who desire to relax and have a luxury summer vacation. There are 16 fully furnished studios & apartments on the ground floor and first floor, and a 65 m2 house (villa) for rent. They all have wonderful views of the sea and Diaporos island.
Just in front of the complex there is the blue sea with lovely sand where we have placed umbrellas and sun beds exclusively for our customers. The sea is shallow, making it ideal for fun for all the family.
We provide studios from 22 to 30 m2 which can accommodate 2 to 4 people. All studios have magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach. All studios have fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooking utensils, fridge etc). Cleaning service and linen change - every 3 days.
Apartments from 30 to 35 m2 can accommodate 4 to 5 people. All apartments have magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooking utensils, fridge etc). Cleaning service and linen change - every 3 days.
Villa of 65 m2 can accommodate 4 to 7 people. The villa has magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, living room, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooking utensils, refrigerator, etc.) and a washing machine. In addition, to the private garden of the villa (500 m2) there is an outdoor lounge with TV, barbeque and sunbeds. Cleaning service and linen change - every 3 days. Pets are allowed (there is a doghouse in the garden).
