All rooms, including kitchen and living room, have air conditioning. A super market and taverns are within 10-min walk. Several private beaches are located within walking distance; Karidi beach: 1k, Fava beach: 800m, Aphrodite beach: 250m.
For an additional fee: cleaning, reservations of restaurant, massage and spa, which is in walking distance, day planning and travel arrangements, bicycles for walking and canoes for rent, boat rental.
The villa is the perfect luxury spot for relaxed uncomplicated vacations. Silence is the new luxury. But still, if you want the buzz Nikiti village and famous beach bars and restaurants are in a close distance.
