Orleon complex will capture your heart from the first sight, with large balconies and spacious furnished verandas where you can relax with your family and enjoy the view and the sea breeze.

The architectural style of villas follows clear-cut lines and is also applied in the interior design, which is well-balanced between the classic and the modern luxury, full of earthly colors and an interesting decorative touch.

Each of the 5 houses features its own personality, but they all offer the same infrastructures and amenities: on the ground level, there is a single spacious living room, featuring the dinning table and the fully equipped modern kitchen, which also comes with a dishwasher. This level also features a WC. On the 1st floor there are the bedrooms and a second bigger bathroom which comes with a washing machine. The master bedroom with the king size bed and the other two bedrooms (2 single beds in each) offer a unique view of the Trani Ammouda bay and the evergreen garden of the resort. All villas feature air-condition units, ceiling fans in all rooms and the terrace on the ground floor, flat-screen TV, dvd player, HiFi systems, hair dryer, ventilators, while guests get free wi-fi and free parking for 2 cars per villa.

But the list of amenities offered in Orlean complex does not end here. Each villa can boost its guest capacity by 2 persons (6+2) with the autonomous Guest room which has a separate entrance and all facilities, flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan and fridge. The Guest room is available with an extra charge.

One more private house complies with the same, sophisticated design and luxury imperatives, as the other villas of the resort, but it does not have the structure of a condo. All its rooms (60 m2 total surface) are in the same level: one master bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower and one single, big space with fully equipped kitchen and living room, where the sofa can turn into a double bed. The house can host up to 4-6 persons. Other features include flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan and fridge.

Orlean cottages are designed to be autonomous, luxury holiday residences, offering all the required infrastructures and amenities in both the interior and exterior premises.

Take advantage of the big, furnished terraces and relax any time of the day, enjoying free wi-fi and of course free parking. The kitchen rooms are fully equipped and functional (with dishwasher and refrigerator) so that you can prepare your meals. The resort offers washing and ironing services (free of charge) so that you can enjoy a carefree stay. For your entertainment, all villas come with flat screen TVs, dvd players and HiFi systems.

Enjoy family barbecue evenings in the garden, with the portable BBQ which we can install anywhere you like. The outdoor amenities of the resort also include a fully equipped exterior kitchen (with bench, sink, refrigerator etc) for each villa.

However, the biggest attraction of our complex is no other than the vast, virgin beach of Trani Ammouda, just a few yards from the garden of the resort. Our guests can enjoy free umbrellas and beach chairs throughout the day, beach volley court, as well as sea canoe.

Family holidays can get even funnier, if boosted with action and new experiences, offered by Orlean's great variety of family activities (basketball court, ping pong table and table football). Take a round with the free of charge sea canoe to enjoy the heavenly waters of Trani Ammouda beach or discover the sea shores of Sithonia by boat (boat rental is available upon request). If you are more of a "ground" sports type, work out at the beach-volley field located at the beach front. You can explore the area with mountain bike or take a tour with the pioneering family bikes for 2-4 persons. Bikes (family or mountain bikes) are free of charge for all guests. You can also have a horse riding session in a an equestrian club nearby; booking is required.
