Regyna cottage (85 m2) is located in Sithonia, on the first sea line. The house is located in a picturesque and quiet residential complex, surrounded by a large lush garden. Bay view is available only to residents of the complex.
The house is built in three levels. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (extra beds in the living room). Ground floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Second floor: two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Third floor (attic): bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms have air conditioning and heating system.
Regyna is ready to welcome its guests all year round. The cottage is fully furnished with elegant furniture and equipped with all necessary appliances: satellite TV, internet, solar panels, two outdoor showers with hot water.
OUTSIDE
Garden (300 m2), terrace with garden furniture on both sides of the house. The front terrace is ideal for relaxing in the morning. 2 parking spaces, automatic gate with remote control transmitters, portable BBQ, large private beach area with umbrella, two chairs, table, canoe boat.
