Ligaria villa is a 2-bedroom villa with a brand new private pool (4*8 m), lovely panoramic sea views at 100 meters from the sandy beach of Lygaria, 4 km from Agia Pelagia and 20 km west of the city of Heraklion. The Villa is built on a plot of 1200 m2.
The luxury two-storey villa is built amphitheatrically overlooking the sandy beach of Lygaria. A beautifull courtyard with trees, flowers and patio furniture is provided with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area. The villa is ideal for couples and small families.
Villa offers an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and large windows with gorgeous sea views. One bathroom on the ground floor and another wc on the upper floor are provided. Another outdoor shower in the pool area and a private parking area are also available.
Spacious living room with 2 cozy sofas, a fireplace and a satelite TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen are provided in an open plan design. Microwave, big refridgerator, electric kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine are provided.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor and offers a double bed, a closet and a TV with a DVD player. The second bedroom is on the first floor and offers a semi-double bed, an elevated loft with a single bed, a closet and air conditioning.
The village of Lygaria offers very nice taverns, one supermarket and even a private scuba diving school. Moreover, in less than 5 km away there is Agia Pelagia with beautiful sandy beach and many recreation facilities.

Вилла с изумительным видом, превосходное расположение, замечательный инфинити бассейн. Когда я увидела фото, было больше похоже на фотошоп, но это не так! В доме очень чисто и комфортно. На период нашего отдыха было довольно ветрено на вилле и так как была середина августа и довольно жарко - нас это только спасало.
Безусловно, вилла "Лигарья" - отличное место отдыха на Крите.
Невероятно красивое место, владельцы виллы были гостеприимны и всегда были готовы помочь. Замечательный вид на море, бассейн, мы наслаждались каждый день. Пляж, таверны, несколько магазинов находятся очень близко, здесь было спокойно. Мы провели незабываемый, романтический отдых, один из лучших в моей жизни!
