Aktea stone villa is an excellent choice for those who dream of a holiday in a quiet hilly Cretan countryside. Our villa is located in the south of Crete, just 3km from the sandy beach of Kalamaki. The house area is 200 m2. Our villa is built on the territory of 2000 m2 and consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, large kitchen and living room. There is a swimming pool (25 m) and children's pool outside. There is also a gym and sauna. The view from the terrace and the garden is simply fascinating.
The village of Kamilari is located within 500 meters. The Messara Plain is a place where guests can experience the real Cretan hospitality closer to nature. There is a great place for lovers of mountain climbing and hiking.

Kamilari is a quiet village in the south of Crete near Tympaki, Mires and seaside villages of Kalamaki and Matala. Kamilari is situated 4 km from the archaeological site of Phaistos. This is the ideal place for those who want to explore the beautiful valley with traditional villages and, of course, beautiful bays and beaches of southern Crete. The village is built on the top of three hills and has about 340 residents. This is a quiet traditional village with a panoramic view over the valley of Messara, the tops of Psiloritis and the Libyan Sea. Kamilari is not surrounded by sea, but it is very close to the beach area. It offers beautiful traditional houses, quaint narrow streets and amazing views. Old houses of Kamilari are made of stone and surrounded by beautiful gardens and flowers. The village is very picturesque and beautiful, keeping all the features of a typical Cretan village with small central square, church and traditional cafes.
