Description
Modern and well-equipped cottage (120 m) with private studio is located in a small complex. The cottage is built in three levels.
The house is designed for comfortable accommodation of 6-7 people. First level: spacious studio that has a separate entrance if necessary. It is designed for 2 persons and has a double bed, air conditioning, a kitchenette with a dining table for 4 people, a TV and a bathroom with shower.
Second level: a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for six people and a modern living room with a sofa and a fireplace (extra bed), satellite TV, DVD and CD-player. There is also a bathroom. Internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony with a beautiful view and one with two single beds with a private balcony. The upper level features a spacious bathroom with a washing machine.
