This stunning, brand new villa is located by the sea, surrounded by magnificent scenery, only 15 km from Heraklion, providing its discerning guests with a relaxing, comfortable stay of high standards. The villa is located on a large, fully fenced plot with a separate entrance with electric gates, with alarm. A two-level villa with an area of 200 sq.m., built from environmentally friendly materials, will comfortably accommodate 6 people. Its interiors are tastefully decorated, very spacious and airy thanks to the huge panoramic windows. On the ground floor there is a luxurious open plan living room with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Here you can relax on cozy sofas while enjoying stunning sea views. For entertainment there is a large LCD TV, stereo system, DVD player and wireless internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. On the upper level is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub. There is a beautiful view from every part of this bedroom. Two further guest bedrooms are individually decorated and tastefully furnished, sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms have high-quality Coco Mat mattresses made of coconut fiber, anatomically shaped for the most harmonious sleep. Bathrooms are stocked with bathrobes, slippers, soft towels and toiletries. In addition, the villa also has a laundry service. In front of the villa there is a large lawn that adorns the beautiful infinity pool with Jacuzzi. There are parasols and sun loungers around for a relaxing stay. A special area of the villa is an unusually designed hammam. Additionally, the garden is equipped with a barbecue area and a dining area, where vacationers can gather for lunch or dinner, enjoying the fresh air and pleasant atmosphere. The privileged location provides immediate access to a virtually private beach, but we still recommend hiring a car for the duration of your stay. The nearest village with developed infrastructure is 6 km away, where there is a good choice of taverns, cafes, shops. For shopping and entertainment, we advise you to go to Heraklion.
