Stratos villa is located 1 km from the village of Kaloniktis in Rethymno. Traditional two-level house of 140 m2 is built of stone and wood on the territory of 10,000 m2. Spectacular views, green hills, small river, big yards and impressive gardens with palm trees, vine arbours, flowers and local herbs, private spa pool and fountain, the wooden ovens, traditional fireplace - all this creates an ideal place for secluded relaxation in any season of the year.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a traditional fireplace and satellite TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There are also 2 sofas that can accommodate 2 people.
Internal marble staircase leads to the second floor of the villa, where there are three bedrooms (one room with a double bed and two rooms with twin beds) and a marble bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has air conditioning. Balconies overlook the pool terrace.
Private pool (4.5 x 9 m) and children's pool (2.3 x 2.3 m) with palms, fruit trees and flowers, as well as umbrellas and sun beds, towels and showers. There is also a private gazebo with a table surrounded by vinegroves and a variety of flowers. This relaxation area also has a barbecue and an oven where you can bake fresh bread and traditional dishes.
