Each villa - with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. Each villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. One bedroom with a double bed, the second one - with two single beds. On the second floor there is the main entrance to the house, a cozy living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room opening onto a terrace with stunning views of the emerald sea. On the third floor there is the third bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Around the villa there is a spacious sun terrace of 140 m2 and a private swimming pool with panoramic sea views.
Villas with 3 bedrooms can be rented as villas with 2 or 1 bedroom.
The nearest beach - Paradiso Beach - is 1,5 km away, the beach of Elounda, awarded with the Blue Flag - 2.2 km away. The garden around the villas offers vegetables and fruits, which are free of charge for the guests: there are tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, zucchini, green beans, bell peppers, chili peppers, onions, watermelons, melons, peaches, strawberries and lemons. In 2-minute drive you will find a luxury resort Six Senses Spa, the Gourmet restaurant awarded the Michelin Star, and the golf course - 9 hole par 3 Golf Course (Handicap 54).
The historic Gulf of Mirabello with its lacy sandy beach and charming views of the Lassithi plateau offers special style and atmosphere.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the region of Lassithi and the city, which surprisingly combines elements of tradition and culture with modern luxury. For more than forty years, this place is a major international tourist destination. Modern hotels, infrastructure, cafés, bars, restaurants amaze guests with their service and hospitality. It has 10,000 inhabitants and, despite its small size, it is one of the largest cities in Lasithi, the eastern district of Crete.
Agios Nikolaos was built in the north-western side of the Mirabello bay, around the picturesque Vouliagmeni lake - the pearl of the area. This extraordinarily beautiful freshwater lake located in the heart of the city is connected with the sea by a narrow channel. According to legend, goddess Artemis and Athena bathed in its waters. The ancients believed that the lake is bottomless. It is noteworthy that nobody can explain why the water of the lake does not mix with seawater. Thus, Agios Nikolaos has two embankments: the "sea" and the "lake" one. Around the lake there are huge red cliffs, which create a beautiful landscape.

The picturesque harbor of Agios Nikolaos deserves a stroll. At the entrance to the harbor, there are two small islands of spectacular beauty. The beaches of the city stand out for their cleanliness and good organization. Once this bay was the largest port of the city of the Hellenistic period - Lato. Later, it was chosen by the Byzantines, then the Genoese build a fortress in the Gulf of Mirabello. The fortress was later destroyed by an earthquake, while the Venetians have built a small church here, which gave the city its name. However, the city itself appeared only in 1870. It was built by the Cretans, hiding from Turkish persecution. In the 60-s Agios Nikolaos has become the birthplace of the tradition of tourism, which has spread across the coastal Crete.
