Description

The traditional house is located just outside the Maleme resort, 3km from Platanias, western Crete. High quality and sensitivity in harmony with the cretan environment and its history are the main characteristics of our establishment.

As you open the door of the villa of your choice, you open a small page of cretan history. You feel the influence the primordial materials of wood and stone had on the creation and the dreams of the cretan people.

The villas are only 800 meters from the beach and 500 meters from supermarkets, tavernas and drug stores. The city of Chania is only 15 kilometers away and the airport of Chania 25, both easily accessed.

This detached stone house was originally used as a store room. In the middle of the hamlet, this house with one large bedroom above the living area is ideal for a couple with or without a child. Sofas also has its own swimming pool in a walled courtyard garden with a barbecue corner.

Ground floor: Open plan kitchen/living/dining room.

First floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

Facilities: Satellite TV, refridgerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electrical oven fully equipped, fireplace, central heating with external boiler.
