The villa is situated on the edge of the small Asteri village, offering views over the olive groves. The village has a tavern and a mini market. The gently sloping sandy beach of Sfakaki, as well as other shops and tavernas, is 2.5 km (~ 5 minutes). The lovely old town of Rethymno with many entertainment venues can be reached within 10 km.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom (double bed), the kitchen, the living room, bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen leads to the terrace with dining table, and to the swimming pool (40 m2) with sun beds and children's pool (a guard is placed between the pool and children's pool in 2015). Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds); each provide access to the shared balcony and a bathroom with tub and toilet.
