Rosen cottage is situated by the sea, 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach with 2 sun loungers, umbrellas and beach chairs. There are 12 cottages in the complex, each with its own garden (200 m2), garden furniture, BBQ, parking for 2 cars.

100 km (1.50 hours) from the airport of Thessaloniki.
6 km from the famous Porto Carras five-star hotel complex.
10 km from the resort village of Neos Marmaras.
100 m from the wonderful Tonis taverna, 3 km from Panos - one of the best taverns of Chalkidiki peninsula.
Fresh meat, fish, Greek and Italian wine can be delivered directly to the cottage.

Three-storey cottage, total area of 110 m2, built on a plot of 400 m2.

Linen change and cleaning - 1 time per week.
