Description
If you are looking for spending your holidays in a quiet green place near superb beach, Psaraki is the ideal destination for dreamy summer holidays. Two wonderful cottages are located in the middle of Chalkidiki, in Psakoudia, where visitors can enjoy drinks and meals at the beachside cafés, bars, restaurants and taverns. The place combines intense nightlife and relaxation.
The first stone house of 100 m2 can accommodate 5 people. The interiors are tastefully decorated, welcoming visitors in a uniquely comfortable and welcoming environment. It has a comfortable lounge with sofa bed, TV, two spacious bedrooms of which one bedroom has a double bed and the other - two single beds. Baby cots are also available. Apart from the main bathroom there is also a smaller one. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has air conditioning system for the hot days and a built-in fireplace for the winter, with lots of wood at your disposal. The central heating can also be used. There is a large terrace with unrestricted and uninterrupted view to the sea and the surrounding area as well as stone paved play areas and cycling areas for “small” guests.
The stone house of 70 m2 can accommodate 4 people. It has a comfortable lounge, TV, two large bedrooms with double beds and baby cots, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, WC, large balconies with panoramic views.

Neighborhood
Sithonia is so-called middle finger of Chalkidiki. The highest peak of this pine-covered hilly region is Itamos. Sithonia is a less lively area in comparison with Kassandra. The region offers magnificent landscape, which combines the mountains with wonderful pine forests, coupled with rich in colors picturesque bays - blue, green, turquoise, gold.
