Description
In the countryside, immersed in a lush green landscape, with a wonderful view of the White Mountains and the Cretan Sea, our villa takes the best place between the villages of Gavalochori and Vamos, at a distance of ½ hour to the east of the city of Chania.
While respecting the environment, using natural materials, in harmony with the traditional architecture of the area, this spacious and unassuming house offers the atmosphere of comfort and freedom.
Comfortable villa with large verandas of 60 m2 consists of three levels, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is free to accommodate up to 10 people.
The ground floor of the main house: there is a living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. At the same level there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both have air conditioning. They share a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
A wooden staircase leads to the attic space, illuminated by a large series of windows. This room is not separated by a door. There are three single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the lower level there is another separate studio next to the pool. Comfortable studio with its own bathroom, with three single beds, a small living room, air conditioning and a small stove is a very convenient solution for a stay of a couple.
Impressive pool (8 x 5 m and a depth of 1.10 x 1.90 m) is in front of the house, surrounded by almond trees and oaks. The surrounding area by the pool has sun loungers and parasols, a built-in barbecue. Garden furniture completes the picture of total relaxation, providing a pleasant stay.
This simple house has been built with respect and special attention to the environment.
