Description
Splendid family villa is located on a hill with panoramic views of the island of Mochlos and turquoise crystal clear waters of the Cretan Gulf. It guarantees privacy and comfort, offering private swimming pool, verandas, patio, beautiful garden with gorgeous flowers and a parking lot.
Travelers will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while enjoying magnificent views of the azure sea and the mountains. The villa is designed on two levels and has a total area of 150 m2.
The upper level (90 m2) includes:
- Spacious guest room (18.5 m2) with a view of the sea, the island of Mochlos and surroundings. The room is decorated in light colors, furnished in the traditional style of the island of Crete.
- The guest room is combined with a small fully equipped kitchen in bright tones.
- Two bedrooms: the first - with two single beds and a private bathroom, the second one - with a double bed, with sea views and access to the veranda.
- Bathroom with hydromassage bath, marble floors and walls, and all necessary accessories.
- Veranda area (20 m2) with a magnificent view of the sea, the village of Mochlos and picturesque mountains and hills.
- The lower level has two bedrooms, living room and bathroom.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
You will find all the necessary products for your breakfast: milk, butter, bread, crackers, cheese, yogurt, ham, marmalade (jam), coffee (Greek and filter), seasonal fruit, and others. Most of which are of local production. You will get a basket with Cretan olive oil, herbs, wine and raki (traditional alcoholic drink) of local production. All of this is available for free!
Art room
On the first level of the villa there is a small room with exhibition of artworks and musical instruments, a small work room and a modern recording studio. This room is completely independent from the rest of the villa.
Art room has a separate entrance, with no view to the rest of the villa. It is completely soundproof.
