The house was built in 2014, with special attention to detail and design for a comfortable and secluded relaxation. This is a two-storey villa of 120 m2 with a splendid sea view and private pool. On the ground floor there is a living room with luxurious soft furnishings, where you can enjoy the homely atmosphere of watching a movie on the 40-inch flat-panel HD-screen. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table where you can cook and eat the best Greek dishes.

There are 3 bright, spacious bedrooms on the first floor. Master bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom with shower and a cozy terrace where you can enjoy the sunset with a view of the sea. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds with access to the balcony.
