Two-storey villa (200 m2) is located in the south of the island, on a hill sheltered from the wind, with stunning views of the Libyan Sea and the island of Koufonisia. It is surrounded by a garden with a stone fence leading to the sea.
A few steps lead to a spacious veranda and the main entrance on the first floor with living room, dining room with a large wooden table for 8 people and modern kitchen. The living room has 2 large sofas, comfortable and high-quality furniture, a fireplace, a home cinema, panoramic windows with sea view. The kitchen and the dining room are connected by the breakfast bar overlooking the sea. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
On the second floor there are bright, sunny, tastefully furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom with a large double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and a terrace overlooking the garden. The second and third bedrooms contain two single beds. The fourth bedroom - with a large double bed. On the same floor there are: a spacious bathroom with all amenities and a Jacuzzi, a corridor and a veranda overlooking the sea.
Large private covered terrace accommodates a dining area, a barbecue area and a traditional stone oven. On the territory, there is a pool of 50 m2 with panoramic sea views.
The villa is situated at an altitude of 50 meters above sea level in a place marked by the highest number of sunny days per year in Europe. These places are popular with fans of sun tanning all year round. The long beach offers numerous water sports: windsurfing, jet skis, catamarans and so forth.
The rental price of the villa includes a private boat (5 m) for fishing, swimming in the sea. There is a concierge always ready to help the guests and provide any service.

The villa is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Gallini in the south-eastern Crete, between Makrigialos (10 km) and Ierapetra (16 km). Ierapetra is the fourth largest city of Crete and the southernmost city in Europe. Although it is not the capital, it is the largest and most active city in the prefecture. It offers a variety of beaches (most of them have the "Blue flag").
The villa was built as a summer residence of a private family, not like a typical tourist complex. In 2008, the villa has been extended and modified for the use of private families. Our philosophy is to offer traditional Cretan hospitality in a convenient and ergonomic house all year round. The house offers air-conditioning, central heating and a fireplace for the winter months.
Ahlia is the sunniest place in Europe and the most protected from the wind all year round. Such climate attracts many tourists, and many of them decide to settle here permanently. The pebble beach near the villa is famous for crystal clear water. In the summer it offers quiet beach bar and restaurant.
At the same time, within 8 kilometers, there are various kinds of water sports (water skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, etc.), diving center, karting, playground, boat and yacht rental, ecotourism, as well as routes for hikers, connecting the beach and the neighboring villages. The nearest taverns, restaurants and bars have retained their traditional character. They serve local cuisine at reasonable prices. As for the nightlife, the nearby town of Ierapetra and Makrigialos area offer options for every taste and age.
In addition to the villa, there is a small private apartment, where the owner sometimes stays on Saturday and Sunday. He will offer good company and help with the organization of excursions and nightlife, fishing on a private yacht, the organization of barbecue and so on.
