Description
Melenos villa usually operates from the 15th of April until the 31st October each season. It is an ideal choice for those desiring an independent retreat for up to five guests, while benefitting from the thoughtful and friendly service of Melenos-Lindos hotel, a short distance away.
During the winter off-season you are invited to negotiate the use of the serviced villa on a monthly rental basis. Its large fireplace and additional heating creates a comfortable winter refuge to relax and use as a home-away-from-home; a perfect base for artists, writers or for nature-lovers to sample the temperate, yet sometimes wild, Mediterranean winter weather in solitude.
Accommodation:
2 bedrooms with traditional Lindian platform beds that can accommodate 4 people.
1 sitting room which has a sofa-bed that can be used as an extra bed too.
1 fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, coffee/ tea facilities.
1 interior bathroom with shower.
1 bathroom with shower accessed via the courtyard.
Twice daily maid service. Laundry service available.
For long-term winter rental - a fireplace with wood supplied. Also additional heating.
Big terrace overlooking the Lindos harbour with uninterrupted sea view. Outdoor facilities.
Maximum occupancy 4-5 pax.
