Description
Maris is a great complex of three luxury villas, each with three bedrooms and private pool, located in the coastal village of Plaka, 4 km north of Elounda and 11 km from Agios Nikolaos. Absolute beauty and comfort, first class Cretan hospitality and charm await you at our villas. Large terraces and private balconies offer spectacular views of the azure sea of the Gulf of Elounda. This is a place where luxury becomes art in perfect detail, offering handmade ornaments made of wood, marble and ceramics.
Each villa (120 m2, two levels) can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The upper level, which is the main entrance to the villa, consists of a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. A warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere is waiting for you. There is a fireplace and LCD TV with satellite TV.
The bedroom has a large veranda overlooking the sea, pool and garden. The outdoor veranda has garden furniture that is ideal for eating and relaxing.
The kitchen is equipped and has an electric stove and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a full set of appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender. There is also a full set of kitchen utensils: pots, pans, plates, spoons, forks and glasses. Go the three steps up to the first master bedroom with a large double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Specially selected orthopedic mattresses are very comfortable. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the sea, as well as a double bathroom and dressing room.
On the lower level, going down the marble staircase, there is a second master bedroom and dressing room. At the same level, there is a specially equipped room for relaxation. There is a hot tub, shower. The room with a view of the magical island of Spinalonga. Here you can enjoy moments of absolute relaxation.
Bedroom and recreation room have balcony doors that open out to the lower porch and a private swimming pool.
A path outside leads to the pebble beach (200 m).
At a distance of 300 meters from the villas you will find the village of Plaka with a magnificent beach of white pebbles and fine fish taverns, mini-markets, cafeterias. From there you can take a boat and visit Spinalonga.

Elounda is a famous tourist resort, famous for beautiful scenery and luxurious hotels. It is located on the east of Crete, 10 km north of Agios Nikolaos and 65 km from Heraklion. This picturesque fishing village in the Gulf of Mirabello has wonderful views of the island of Spinalonga.
Providing a protected coastline, shaded beaches, crystal clear sea and stylish surroundings, Elounda is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday. Friendly hotels and taverns, family-run romantic places, plenty of shops and a good selection of bars and eateries in Elounda attract many tourists. The main square of Elounda is the center of resort life, with a stylish port, bars and cafes. Outside the area there is a sandy beach and pebble coves along the rocky coastline - a perfect place for snorkelling. Several hotels surrounded by stunning landscapes offer water sports.
At the entrance to the port of Elounda, you will see a small, famous island of Spinalonga. Its Venetian fortress was built in 1579. Now this place is uninhabited, but earlier it was used as a leper colony. Every half hour a ship departures from the port to the island of Spinalonga.
