Maris is a great complex of three luxury villas, each with three bedrooms and private pool, located in the coastal village of Plaka, 4 km north of Elounda and 11 km from Agios Nikolaos. Absolute beauty and comfort, first class Cretan hospitality and charm await you at our villas. Large terraces and private balconies offer spectacular views of the azure sea of ​​the Gulf of Elounda. This is a place where luxury becomes art in perfect detail, offering handmade ornaments made of wood, marble and ceramics.

Each villa (120 m2, two levels) can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The upper level, which is the main entrance to the villa, consists of a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. A warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere is waiting for you. There is a fireplace and LCD TV with satellite TV.

The bedroom has a large veranda overlooking the sea, pool and garden. The outdoor veranda has garden furniture that is ideal for eating and relaxing.

The kitchen is equipped and has an electric stove and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a full set of appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender. There is also a full set of kitchen utensils: pots, pans, plates, spoons, forks and glasses. Go the three steps up to the first master bedroom with a large double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Specially selected orthopedic mattresses are very comfortable. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the sea, as well as a double bathroom and dressing room.

On the lower level, going down the marble staircase, there is a second master bedroom and dressing room. At the same level, there is a specially equipped room for relaxation. There is a hot tub, shower. The room with a view of the magical island of Spinalonga. Here you can enjoy moments of absolute relaxation.

Bedroom and recreation room have balcony doors that open out to the lower porch and a private swimming pool.

A path outside leads to the pebble beach (200 m).

At a distance of 300 meters from the villas you will find the village of Plaka with a magnificent beach of white pebbles and fine fish taverns, mini-markets, cafeterias. From there you can take a boat and visit Spinalonga.
