Description
Our three-storey Marie cottage with 3 bedrooms is located in a complex by the beach. Total floor area of 165 square meters can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Marie has 3 levels. There is a parking area outside and a large lawn overlooking the sea.
1st floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, plasma TV, safe, bathroom, washing machine and ironing room.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with balcony and bathroom with tub.
3rd floor: 1 master bedroom with terrace and bathroom with shower.
The location is very convenient: quiet area, within walking distance to major amenities (taverns, shops, supermarkets, etc.). Promenade road runs along the tourist district. There is a public bus stop not far away (10 min walk to the main road) - the distance to Hersonissos is 10 minutes by car/bus, 17-20 minutes to the airport and the city of Heraklion). Aquapark and Oceanarium are within 9 km.
The cottage does not offer private pool. There is a 5* hotel within walking distance with spa center and pool. There is an archaeological site with a beautiful lighting design in the middle of the complex. The entire territory is fenced - the entrance is for members only.
