Description
Our three-level villa (400 m2) can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and WC. At the top level, which is separated from the first floor by 5 steps of the staircase, there are four large bedrooms, two with twin beds and two bedrooms with double beds. Next to the bedroom there is a large bathroom with two showers and a bath. Two of the four bedrooms have large balconies with sea views, and two bedrooms have balconies overlooking the garden.
On the lower ground level there is a fitness room and a separate apartment with a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a living room with fireplace.
In the garden of the villa there is a private swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and umbrellas, and a spacious garden with a beautiful green lawn, playground and barbecue.
Our villa is located on the outskirts of a traditional Cretan village, only 1 km from the shops, cafes and taverns, 800 meters from the beach and 10 km from the beautiful city of Rethymno, where you will find a large selection of entertainment.
