Description

Lucia villa has been totally rebuild and redecorated in 2007, and became an elegant designed accommodation, ready to create the best atmosphere for our guests. It is situated on a hill 500 m away from Episkopi village, in a 4 acres area garden with grass, trees and flowers, and with an aerial view of the Cretan sea.

The interior size of the villa is around 300 m2 separated in two floors with an inside ladder. In the garden of the villa there is a comfortable pool around 50 m2, with sun beds, palm trees and a few sitting areas for your relaxation. The villa is ideal for those who search privacy and quietness.

The villa can accommodate 10 people and up to 14 persons if necessary in the 5 private bedrooms situated in the second floor. Two bedrooms have queen double bed, and the rest bedrooms have two single beds each that can also be double if necessary.

There are two big bathrooms in the first floor, one with a Jacuzzi and one with a whirlpool - Jacuzzi shower. One simple W/C is on the ground floor. Also in the ground floor there is a very spacious kitchen fully equipped and an extra large elegant sitting lounge with a wide 52inc screen satellite TV, DVD player, fireplace and all the rest facilities that would make you feel like home.

Episkopi village is a very unique place for holidays because it combines all the needs that a traveler would search for. A beautiful 20 km gold sand beach probably the best in the prefecture is only 4 km away, and the village is situated up in a hill with an unlimited view of the Cretan sea. The village has many traditional taverns, typical Cretan cafeterias and all the shopping facilities that you will need during your holidays. Episkopi village is located almost in the middle of Chania and Rethymno and that makes it ideal for those who want to visit all the highlights of Crete quickly and easily.
