The beautiful beach of Saint Panteleimon is 400 meters away. Two beautiful beaches - Voulisma and Karavostassis - are less than 1 km away. The garden is full of citrus and olive trees. The large terrace (85 m2) has a large olive tree and a covered area with a marble table for dining outside (portable barbecue upon request). There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The second floor offers nice view of the plains and the sea. There is a table and a swing for romantic evenings.

A marble staircase leads to the upper floor with bedrooms, bathrooms and a large balcony. The master bedroom is very spacious and has two single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom has a spacious closet, bathroom, hair dryer. The main bathroom is amazingly large, with a jacuzzi. The second one has a shower.
Large studio (50 m2) is connected with the apartment by an open staircase. This is a double room with bathroom, living room, dining area and bedroom. There is also a small courtyard. Apartments and studios are very well insulated, all rooms have air conditioning.

The cottages are located in one of the most beautiful areas of northern Crete, 13 km east of Agios Nikolaos, 21 km from the town of Ierapetra. The village of Istron is 1 km away, where there is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. The nearest beaches are 100-250 meters away from the complex (awarded the Blue Flag). On the beach, there are all kinds of water sports (including diving), free sun beds, umbrellas, shower. There are many taverns, souvenir shops and supermarkets near the beach.
