Deposit= 25% of not refundable is required upon confirmation. Balance of payments 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy. For all cancellations, the initial deposit equaling 25% is non-refundable. In addition, cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 70% of the cost of the entire stay. Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a cost of 90% of the entire stay. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival incur 100% cost of the stay. In case of a Non-show, or early departure, the cost of the entire stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
