Description
Istra complex is positioned higher with unobstructed sea view and protected privacy. Just 80 m from the beach, with private swimming pools, sun chairs and loungers, terraces, gardens, dinning area, open plan kitchen, small office, parking, safe and mosquito nets by the large windows. The villas are fitted with air conditioning/heating individually operated.
The living area: Mediterranean style comfortable furniture, elegant decoration, hand-embroidered pictures, fireplace for romantic evenings. WiFi Internet device, satellite TV, DVD, home cinema and hi-fi equipment, wireless direct dialing telephone.
The bedroom: each villa has two or three-four bedrooms. One with king size bed, the other ones with two twin size beds. Every bedroom has own ensuite bath.
The bathroom: luxurious marble bathrooms. The main bathroom with air bathtub, the second with shower. Each bath has: hairdryer, extra cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, bath and beach towels, slippers.
The kitchen: open plan kitchen with modern equipment like: full oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, tea facilities.
The dinning room: the kitchen is connected with the lounge area. A large dinning table with comfortable chairs creates a communication place for family or friends.
The pool: private seawater swimming pools are completed with sun chairs and loungers. The pools are 40 m2 and 1.60 m deep.
The terrace: open-air terraces with a direct magnificent view to the bay and a romantic decoration. Table and chairs for outside dinning.
Amenities: wine, water and fresh fruits will welcome you on arrival. Daily cleaning (5d/w), linen changing (min. 2d/w), iron & board, laundry service and technician emergency service. Baby cot & babysitter service on request.
