Our villa was built in 2013 with special attention to detail and design for a comfortable and secluded relaxation. This is a two-storey villa of 160 m2 with a splendid sea view and private pool.

On the ground floor there is a living room with luxurious sofas in front the fireplace, where you can enjoy the homely atmosphere of watching a movie on the 40-inch flat-panel HD-screen. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table where you can cook and eat the best Greek dishes.

On the second floor there are 3 bright, spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, and a cozy terrace where you can enjoy the sunset with a view of the sea. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a terrace overlooking the sea, while the third bedroom has two single beds and a private balcony.

Access to the villa through a separate, private entrance. The area has 1500 m2 and is surrounded by green lawns, beautiful and blooming garden with children's playground. There are deck chairs and umbrellas on the terrace by the pool, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views.
