Early check-in or late check-out will be considered based on availability. Pets: Generally, pets are not allowed. If you do wish to take one animal, please contact us in advance to obtain permission.
Booking Procedure: - To request a booking, please send an email or fax. - A deposit of 30% of the total rental price is required to secure the reservation and must be received via bank transfer. Credit card number must be provided, holder name, expiry date and CVV number are required. - Once your deposit payment has been successfully processed, you will receive confirmation of your villa rental via email or fax. - The final payment consisting of the remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. CANCELLATIONS: In order to cancel your order, we will require written notice via email or fax. If cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival: 30% deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival: 30% of the deposit is protected by us. In case of early departure: the amount is not refundable.
