From the kitchen you can go straight to the garden-terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The surrounding garden has a barbecue and a parking area for three cars.
The house is furnished in traditional Greek style. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, coffee-machine, microwave oven, two refrigerators etc.), comfortable living/dining area with a fire-place, satellite TV, veranda with fantastic view to the sea, bedroom with two singe beds, as well as small shower/WC. The 1st floor has two bedrooms, with a double bed each, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower/WC and balconies with view to the sea. Fans in the bedrooms.
About 250 m away you'll find a coffee-bar. The villages Metagitsi and Pyrgadikia offer several restaurants and tavernas. The nearest supermarket is about 5 km away. Milk and bread delivered to the complex every morning, fruit and vegetables - 2 times a week. Once a week fishermen deliver fresh fish.
The owner of the villa lives in a private house with a separate entrance and takes care of the garden.
