Our apartment is located in the brand new complex, 200 m from the sea. There is a bakery, butcher shop, gas station, supermarket (open every day until 23:00), taverns, restaurants and cafes at the same distance. In 1-2 km there is a pharmacy, a bar, another supermarket. Local fishermen deliver fresh fish directly to the complex (once a week). There is an organized beach with 2-3 beach bars.
The complex is built in three levels and offers six apartments (only five available). Each apartment can accommodate 4-5 guests.
Inside:
- Two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, 2 bedside tables;
- Living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, fully equipped kitchen;
- Dining area with dining table and chairs;
- Bathroom with shower and bath;
Each apartment has one air conditioner.
Apartments located on the ground floor have their own patio, while the apartments on the second and the third levels have wide balconies.
OUTSIDE
- Garden furniture (benches, wooden tables);
- Two large stone barbecue in the yard.
There is a private territory with lawn, many trees, benches. This place is ideal for families with children.

Sithonia, Chalkidiki
Sithonia - the largest peninsula on Chalkidiki, located between Kassandra and Athos. This area is famous for its beautiful nature and landscapes, combining mountains with pine groves, moorland with picturesque rugged coastline.
Delightful golden sandy beaches with numerous coves, picturesque bays, hills, crystal clear warm sea - from emerald to ultramarine - shiny gray rocks, evergreen pines - these are the main components of this beautiful peninsula.
Unlike sophisticated and noisy Kassandra, Sithonia offers a quiet vacation and the most exotic and secluded beaches on the entire Aegean. Sithonia is a land paradise for many tourists enjoying their vacation here.
You can take a boat or yacht tour around the peninsula. A glass of wine, live music and a romantic dinner will leave an unforgettable impression. One of these excursions is called "Bays of Sithonia." You can make it on a boat or yacht. Tourists are offered to admire the picturesque bays, as well as visit Turtle Island (Kelifos). Those interested can go fishing or snorkeling.
You may also admire the sights of the peninsula by car. Visit picturesque coves and beaches, as well as the most beautiful village of Sithonia - Parthenonas, which stands on the site of the ancient city at an altitude of 360 m above sea level. You will admire stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
The center of entertainment in Sithonia is considered to be the biggest city of the peninsula - Neos Marmaras. Not far from the town you will find a modern resort - Porto Carras. In fact it is a small town where everything is provided for your comfort: beaches, hotels, shops, winery, fashionable port. Here you will find the largest casino in Northern Greece and one of the most impressive Golf Clubs in Chalkidiki.
The peninsula offers the best conditions for active recreation. Private harbor of Porto Carras is a popular place for boaters, scuba divers, surfers and even lovers of good wines.

Сказочные апартаменты! В нескольких сотнях метров пляж. Очень мягкий, постепенный вход в море (идеально для детей, с которыми мы ездили). Песчаный пляж. Море чистое.
Все было чудесно!

Выбрали для летнего отдыха неплохие апартаменты в 3 минутах от моря. Очень довольны: рядом магазины, свежая выпечка, таверна, даже рыбу свежую привозят прямо к дому. На пляже в баре готовят вкусные коктейли.
Мы жили на втором этаже. С балкона было удобно наблюдать за детьми, играющими во дворе. Хороший был отдых, жаль, что лето так быстро закончилось(
