The villa has 2 swimming pools, the beach and the sea are within 100 m. Just below the villa there is an interesting cave with stalagmites.

The villa (110 m2) offers an exceptional holiday for those looking for a peaceful and quiet place to rest. Living room, dining room and kitchen represent a large open space. Comfortable furniture, wooden ceiling, panoramic windows create a sense that sparkling water of the Mediterranean Sea almost merges into the living room.

The villa has 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with en suite bedroom and 2 twin beds with a hydromassage shower cabin. Pastel colors create a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. From each bedroom there is its own access to the pool.

The owners also own the farm and provide you with fresh poultry, pork and lamb, fresh fish and vegetables and fruits from the garden. Moreover, experts and amateurs are invited to taste the wine from the large owners' collection.

The western part of the island of Crete offers pastoral in all its integrity and purity. The non-monotonous landscapes that combine sea, mountains, valleys, canyons and cliffs are one of these treasures.

Pebbly and rocky beaches of Livadia are ideal for fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving. A 15-minute drive will take you to the famous monastery and just a 10-minute drive away there lies the stunning beauty of Elafonisi. Car is recommended.
