- 10% of total amount is non-refundable in case of a cancellation
- 30% is charged for a cancellation between 30-45 days prior to arrival
- 50% is charged for a cancellation between 16-29 days prior to arrival
- 100% is charged for a cancellation received 15 days or less prior to arrival.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit is 500E and is to be handed to our villa manager, returned on departure day if there are no damage claims.
