Six detached cottages of 120 m2 each. The complex was built in 2007 on a plot of 4,000 m2. Each house is fully furnished for living in summer and in winter (fully equipped, heating system, fireplace, central heating and air conditioning).
First floor: living room, kitchen, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower and toilet. Spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, cooker, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), dining table, lounge. Each house is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. All rooms have large terraces and balconies with table and chairs.
Second floor consists of one bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with tub and toilet.
Each cottage can accommodate 6-7 people.
Outside:
- Large gazebo and built-in barbecue, dining table and chairs;
- Automatic gates and playground;
- 8 parking spaces on site;
- Garden with olive trees and flowers (automatic irrigation system).
Each cottage is the perfect place to relax during the high season.

Kassandra, Chalkidiki
Chaniotis is a small and very picturesque village in Chalkidiki. It is considered the best tourist town of Kassandra.
There are plenty of hotels, bars, taverns, restaurants, supermarkets. Sandy beaches of Chaniotis are awarded the Blue Flag for cleanliness. There you can rent a catamaran or choose other water sports to try. There are several car rental offices in Chaniotis. The village often hosts cultural events, concerts, festivals.

Отдыхали в одном из таких коттеджей в июле. Понравилась территория, много места. Все исправно работает,большие просторные комнаты, хорошая территория с парковкой и детской площадкой. Неплохая кухня, большие террасы.
Из минусов - комплекс находится в отдаленности от моря (5 минут пешком) и чтобы добраться к пляжу, надо перейти через центральную проезжую дорогу, по жаре немного сложно уже идти потом обратно.
