Neighborhood
The O&S complex is located in the eastern part of Corfu in Dassia. Corfu's capital, airport and seaport are 12 kilometers from the villas. If you are coming from the capital, follow the signs towards Palaiokastritsa, Kassiopi, Kontokali and Dassia. Drive along the Corfu-Palaiokastritsa national road. At the 8th kilometer after Kontokali turn right off the national road following the signs towards Dassia-Kassiopi. Follow this road for 3 kilometers until you reach Dassia. From the airport If you are flying and then coming from the airport, follow the signs towards the city centre. From there, you need to follow the routes described above. The airport is located about 2 km from the capital. From the seaport If you have arrived in Corfu by sea, follow the signs for Palaiokastritsa, Kassiopi, Kontokali and take the Corfu-Palaiokastritsa road.

To confirm the reservation, a 25% deposit is required within a week of booking. The remaining 75% must be paid at least 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival date. If canceled up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. If canceled 28 - 55 days prior to arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If canceled 27 days or less prior to arrival, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded. In case of non-arrival, the money will not be returned at all. The price includes utilities (electricity, water supply, maid service, pool cleaning and garden maintenance), VAT and all municipal taxes.
