Description
The stylish Villa is designed according to the principles of contemporary architecture. The premium location offers unspoiled views to the sea through large windows in every area of the Villa. The tastefully decorated interior, the modern appliances, the relaxing surroundings and the memorable view is the ideal combination for the perfect holiday.
Set in a spacious plot covered with lawn, flowers and trees, the lovely Villa offers three bedrooms in a tree-floor design of 120 sq.m. in total. Six guests can be comfortably accommodated in the Villa. A spacious swimming pool and a children's pool are offered in tha courtyard.
The main entrance of the Villa leads to the middle floor where an open plan area with fireplace, cozy seating area with sofa, flat screen TV, dinning table and a fully equipped kitchen is offered. A refrigerator/freezer, 4 electric cooking rings, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster, citrus press/juice maker are provided. A furnished balcony with exterior dinning table and a guests WC are available on the middle level.
On the top floor, a double bedroom with large furnished veranda which offers panoramic sea views is provided. A second double bedroom and a twin bedroom that open to the pool area are offered on the ground floor. A bathroom with hydro-massage bath tub and a storage/laundry room are provided on the ground floor. Flat screen TVs with satellite channels, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, electric shutters and ecologic orthopedic mattresses are provided in every bedroom.
Alarm system, surveillance cameras, free Wi-fi internet in all areas, heating, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron and iron board and hair dryer are available. Baby cot and high chair are provided upon request. Parking space is provided, while shuttle service from and to the airport can be arranged upon additional cost.
On the exterior, a patio with a 30 sq.m. swimming pool (1.00 - 1.40 m. depth) and a 6 sq.m. children's swimming pool (50 cm depth) is offered on the ground floor. Sunbeds, exterior seating area and barbecue facilities are provided.
Guests may find Crete Golf Club 1.8 Km away from the Villa, while tavernas and bars can be approach within 1.5 km in the small villages of Piskopiano and Koutouloufari. Every day needs can be served in the nearest supermarket, only 500 meters away. Heraklion Airport lies 25 km northwest.

Neighborhood
Hersonissos is situated 30 km east of Heraklion on the eastern side of Crete. It is a modern, comsmopolitan and popular destination for tourists all over Europe.
Spread over three villages it is relaxed by day and lively by night, with cafes, tavernas, pubs and clubs along the harbour and bars along the beach. Hersonissos offers something for couples, families and the young alike,
thriving nightlife, small sandy beaches, excellent shopping, sightseeing boat trips and the local golf course.
During the day Hersonissos port is a nice place to relax and watch the world go by. Fresh fish is landed daily and you can enjoy some great meals at many of the tavernas there. Glass-bottom boat trips are avaliable around the coastline of east Crete, or to Dia island. In mid-summer Hersonissos gets pretty lively in the centre but to get away from it all you can head up into the hills to enjoy panoramic sea views and eat in lovely rooftop restaurants.
Beach-lovers have a choice of three small sandy beaches which offer a variety of watersports. The Star Beach Waterpark offers exhilarating fun for families and the young at heart alike. The resorts long waterfront is lined with restaurants, cafes and tavernas, serving everything from late breakfasts to romantic alfresco dinners. Tucked amongst the old narrow streets that twist inland from the sea you can find typical Greek tavernas for traditional food. Back in town you can browse the shops for bargain leather goods. Hersonissos is a perfect resort for a fun-filled holiday.
