Cottage duplex and attic overlooking the sea, ideal for families, located a step away from the beach and 2 minutes from the infrastructure. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests. On the ground floor there is a living room combined with a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms overlooking the sea and the backyard. One with a double bed overlooking the sea and the other with two single beds, a bathroom, as well as an attic where there is a third bedroom with two beds. The terrace in front of the house has a dining area and barbecue.
