This stunning villa is located on the East coast of Attica. The villa was completed in the summer of 2004. The main gate is on a private road. The total indoor area is 350 m2 consisting of 5 bedrooms (1 on the upper level, 4 on the ground level). Four of the five bedrooms are looking to the east and the Aegean Sea and all the residents having their privacy, separate entrances and bathroom/showers toilets. The huge lounge with its handmade fireplace and a breathtaking sea view gives the fascinating sense of cruising on a ship. Astonishingly designed elliptic-shaped swimming pool (12х9 m) with water jet is ready to give you unforgettable fun and relaxing moments. There's always instant access to 2 different beach areas for those who prefer seawater.
Upon your arrival our agents will guide you to the villa. A welcome traditional snack will be served for you with a short tour of the house and its equipment, as well as useful info such as emergency phone numbers, road maps, etc. Exclusively for guests of the villa we provide fresh fish, pasta, coffee, soft drinks during the first couple of days.
Nowadays, Scorpio villa is under the process to acquire the National Tourism Organization Authorised License.
