The villa is divided into two autonomous, but at the same time connected (via the gym) houses. The entrance to the villa at the ground floor level is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a cozy dining area with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea. A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom are also located on the same floor. One floor above is a double bedroom overlooking the pool and a walk-in closet. On the third level is an open plan office area with a covered balcony overlooking the living room. The master bedroom is located on the middle floor with a magnificent sea view and has an en-suite bathroom, an open dressing room and one sofa bed. A gym that connects the two wings along with a home theater room, kitchen and wine cellar. The highlight of this lower ground floor is the large Jacuzzi. The second part of the house. On the ground floor there is a small living room with a fireplace overlooking the sea and the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom is located on the first level of the villa overlooking the green mountains. On the middle floor there is another double bedroom without a window with its own bathroom. The last double bedroom with bathroom is located on the lower floor with a beautiful sea view. Outside there is an infinity pool with stunning sea views, a small traditional church, parking, a large garden around the house with a mini basketball court and two pergolas.
