Cozy stone cottage is located in a small complex, surrounded by green pine trees. There is a large green lawn in front of the house, parking space, large shared swimming pool (for adults and children) for 8 houses. Distance from the sea - within 5 minutes walk.
Ground floor: terrace with a large wooden table and sofas at the entrance to the house. There is also a barbecue in the yard, automatic gate (remote control transmitters). Inside: living room with sofas and fireplace, kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a table for 4-6 persons. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.
A staircase leads to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. Two of them - with double beds, one - with two single beds. The rooms have wardrobes and fans. All bedrooms open onto a balcony, equipped with table and chairs. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding greenery and the sea.
The owner of the complex offers a motorcycle for its guests for free.
Distance from the wide, sandy beach - 400 m, from the village center - 1.5 km.
