Description
The complex of villas built in 2016 is located next to one of the popular towns of Kassandra, Halkidiki. There are 4 villas in the complex, each villa is private with a private pool, the beach is 150 m and 600 m from the infrastructure where there are many shops, taverns, a supermarket, a bakery and various entertainments for children and adults. Villa on three levels spacious living room with kitchen 5 bedrooms overlooking the sea and mountains. Each room has double beds with orthopedic mattresses, one of the bedrooms has an additional sofa bed. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests. Each villa is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances in the kitchen, central heating and air conditioning, personal security, satellite TV and internet, jacuzzi, safe, bath amenities and washing machine, etc. Outside: - private pool and with children's section (pool with ozone) - sun loungers and umbrellas - outdoor dining area - private parking. The layout of the houses is the same for all, they differ only in the color scheme of the interior. The price includes breakfast. You can also order lunch or dinner for 10 euros per person.

Neighborhood
Halkidiki is the most beautiful resort in all of Greece. On its coast, the peninsula has a huge number of golden bays with a sandy beach, among which modern hotels of various levels comfortably nestled. Clean fresh air, clear azure waters and the most beautiful weather without clouds are in perfect harmony with a good rest. It is a favorite holiday destination for Greeks and foreign tourists. The peninsula of Halkidiki itself resembles the trident of Poseidon, piercing the Aegean Sea. Along its coast, a strip of picturesque sandy beaches stretches for 500 km, which are included in the register of the cleanest beaches in the European Union. Halkidiki is essentially a unique nature reserve, almost entirely covered with centuries-old pine forests interspersed with olive groves and fields. Kassandra is the westernmost "finger", closest to Thessaloniki and therefore the most populous. Its white beaches and rocky headlands covered with pine forests attract many tourists with children.
