From the kitchen there is access to the pool and garden. An outdoor dining area is also located on the kitchen veranda. In addition, there is also a sauna, a bathroom and one bedroom. The main entrance of the villa is located on the second floor, a spacious and elegant living room welcomes its guests. There are large sofas, armchairs, a fireplace and a dining table. Living room with access to the pool with beautiful sea views. On this floor there is also a bedroom, office space with a library and a bathroom. The third floor can be accessed by stairs or elevator. It has two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom, a 38-inch HD TV, a walk-in closet, a fireplace, and a seating area. On the fourth floor there is a bedroom and a spacious balcony with a seating area offering a 360º panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the ground floor of the villa there is a laundry room and a staff bedroom. Outside, there is a beautifully landscaped area (4000 sq.m.) surrounded by various trees and flowers with many amenities and places to relax.
