A new cottage, built in 2021, in the village of Nikiti.
It is decorated in a cosy 'nautical' theme, with stylish interior elements, and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The location of the house is very advantageous: it is located in a popular village with infrastructure and a new long promenade. But as the house is located on the edge of the village, there are not many people around, including the nearest beach.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with high ceilings, combined with the kitchen and a large dining table. Plus one bedroom with a double bed, ample wardrobe space and a desk. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom. It also has a large wardrobe and desk. Next to it is a bathroom with a roomy shower stall and a utility room that houses a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
There is a terrace in front of the house with a dining table, lawn and barbecue area.
