Cozy two-level house (second and third floors in a low-rise complex) in the picturesque village in Kassandra peninsula, within 3 minutes from the sandy beach.
The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining area with dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen.
First level: living room with fireplace and furniture, TV, DVD, CD-player, Satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with single bed, table and wardrobe, bathroom with tub and WC, washing machine. Access to veranda with table and chairs made of natural bamboo.
Second level: 3 double bedrooms, wardrobes, baby cot in one of the bedrooms, CD-player, bathroom with tub and WC. Each room has a balcony overlooking the sea.
A/C in each bedroom and living room, satellite TV and wifi.
Outside: covered gazebo with garden furniture, barbecue area, landscaped garden and parking.
Wet cleaning and linen change for an additional payment - 5 EUR per hour.
Linens and towels are provided.

Kassandra, Chalkidiki

При выборе размещения, конечно же, обращали внимание на цену. В этом смысле коттедж себя оправдывает, зеленый и красивый. Место исключительно для тихого и спокойного отдыха. Немного разочаровало, что wi-fi работал с перебоями. Месторасположение очень удобное (рядом несколько продуктовых магазинов, рынок), оборудованный пляж. Территория большая, приятные соседи.
Решили съездить в отпуск с друзьями. Спасибо ребятам - нам подобрали замечательный коттедж в тихом месте, до пляжа недалеко. Очень уютная беседка во дворе, ужинали там почти каждый вечер. Благо до рынка всего ничего – покупали там свежие овощи, мясо, рыбу. Понравилась территория, спальни очень комфортные и цена дома приемлемая. В доме все хорошего качества. Изумительный вид с балкона. До моря пешком минут 5. При наличии машины в досягаемости очень красивые места. Все в пределах 20 минут езды.
