Description

Garden pergola of 50 m2 has a large table for friendly feasts, and comfortable bamboo lounge of 85 m2 is ideal for reading and conversation. The outdoor shower is a convenient and practical solution after bathing in the sea. The uniqueness of the villa is complemented by a beautiful white fence and a natural hedge of evergreen shrubs that provide privacy.
The central building consists of three bedrooms, a living room with integrated kitchen, one internal and one external bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, espresso machine, French coffee machine and all appliances that may be necessary in a well-maintained residence. The living room has a plasma panel and a DVD-player.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans in order to maintain freshness during the hot summer days and nights.
Bedrooms are equipped with TV, chest of drawers and wardrobes. Two bedrooms with double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. The white and blue colors with white furniture make a special atmosphere in the rooms. All windows and doors have mosquito nets.
Hot water throughout the day is another advantage of the villa.
The house has the following amenities: daily maid service and change of bed linen and towels. Coffee capsules, a variety of teas and locally produced olive oil will be provided.

Our villa is located in one of the most picturesque corners of the world - in the eastern part of the resort village, Sithonia, Chalkidiki. Guests staying at the villa have private access to the beach, located at a distance of 300 m. The area combines tranquility along with proximity to infrastructure: supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center - all within 10 minutes drive. The village is a great place to relax providing everything you need to meet all your needs: from inexpensive traditional tavernas to luxurious restaurants, from quiet cafes to clubs and beach bars. The seafront promenade is a classic place for the afternoon and evening walks, or lunches and dinners on the terraces. Lovers of antiques can visit the old mountain village with its traditional streets and the Orthodox Church with panoramic views of the beautiful natural scenery. Lovers of archeology will see here the ancient ruins of the church of St. George, just 300 meters from the villa. Short excursions to nearby villages and beaches are also very interesting, as well as a charming boat trip along the coast of Mount Athos, located on the third peninsula of Chalkidiki.
