Melina cottage is built in 2 levels + attic. The house is surrounded by private garden.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, opening onto a terrace with direct view of the sea and garden, separate kitchen with access to the yard on the other side of the house, and a bathroom. The room sofa can be used as an extra bed.
First floor: 2 bedrooms with balconies (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and WC. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
Attic - one bedroom with a sofa bed for one person.
The cottage is fully equipped (fridge, cooker, extractor), 2 air-conditioners, washing machine, 2 TVs, all the necessary utensils and linens.
The rates do not include cleaning - it can be ordered upon request.
Minimum rental period - 1 month.
Distance from the center of the town - 400 meters. Stroll along the promenade and you will find many taverns, cafes, bars, shops and so on.

Sithonia, Chalkidiki
Nikiti - one of the most important towns of Sithonia. This is a typical lively Greek village, visited by many tourists during the season. Picturesque landscapes, pine forests, olive groves and stunningly beautiful beaches attract tourists from all over the world.
The village has a well-developed tourist infrastructure: cheap and luxury hotels and apartments for rent, car rental, ATMs, travel agencies, water sports, etc. There are many restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, Internet cafes and entertainment for children along the waterfront. There is a port where you can rent a boat.
Nikiti is famous for its honey (20% of Greek honey is produced here). You can find many shops offering more than 20 varieties of honey for every taste. For more than 600 years Nikiti is one of the largest centers for the production of honey in Europe.
Stroll through the old part of the village and explore the historic settlements, where the locals still live, or enjoy a coffee in one of the oldest taverns on the main square and try to imagine this place hundreds of years ago.
