This villa is an extremely luxurious residence that extends on three levels, covering a total of 700 m2. Its architectural design is fully blended with the area’s landscape: both outdoors and indoors, the local gray stone of the prefecture of Lassithi dominates its decor and in combination with wooden floors and furniture, it adds a tone of warmth and luxury to the space. The villa is equipped with expensive, carefully hand-picked furniture and decoration items in earthly colours and offers all modern comforts such as flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, air-condition units and free Wi-Fi internet access. The wide windows and doors allow the unlimited view of the calm gulf, creating a unique atmosphere. At the same time, each floor offers a spacious veranda and modern bathrooms.

Ground level:

The ground level has a direct access to a large pool, furnished veranda and green-grassed garden. This floor has a large sitting-room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a gym area (with a dreadmill and a step machine), a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms with double beds, one of which offers and en-suite bathroom. The fine aesthetics of the area, the expensive pieces of furniture and the direct contact with the clear water of the pool are the features that characterize the ground floor.

1st floor

The large kitchen is found here that offers its own veranda with a dining table for those wishing to enjoy their meal outdoors, under the colours of the sunset having the wonderful view of the gulf of Elounda in the background. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers amongst others a microware, a dish-washer and all the necessary devices.

A large open-plan area with a dining table and a sitting area dominates this floor, decorated with earthly colour shades and luxurious furniture of expensive wood materials. The unlimited views to the sea and the islet of Spinalonga is second to none in all the areas, even in the magnificent master bedroom that is found here. A kind-size bed and a large, contemporary bathroom with a tub are at guests’ disposal. A second WC is also found on this floor. Its large veranda is accessed both from the master bedroom as well as from the sitting area.

2nd floor

From the second floor, the panoramic view is breathtaking. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen, a comfortable sitting area and a spacious veranda. All the areas guarantee highly aesthetics and luxury.

Pool and garden

The sense of comfort and luxury is fully transferred to the outdoor areas. The property of a 4000 m2 on the hillside of Mavrikiano is dominated by a green garden full of trees, ornamental plants and towering exotic palm-trees. In this dreamy scenery, the large heated pool (16x5m) is found (heating comes with an extra charge). Next to the pool, on the green grass, comfortable sunbeds are at your disposal. Enjoy the Cretan sun and admire the most beautiful views in Crete: the calm waters of Elounda and the historic islet of Spinalonga. The outdoor comforts of our villa are highlighted by the fully equipped BBQ in the garden, the outdoor fridge and the luxurious dining table in the veranda of the villa’s ground floor.

Marianna villa offers all modern comforts: flat screen TVs with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi Internet access, air-conditioning in all areas, fully equipped kitchens and modern bathrooms with personal care amenities. Bathrobes and extra pool towels are offered. In the case one of the guests is a baby, all the necessary equipment is offered upon request (baby cot, chair, etc.).

For security reasons, an alarm system is installed in the villa and a safety box is also offered. The house offers a comfortable car-parking area, a pool (heated at extra charge), sunbeds and garden furniture, a fully equipped BBQ and an outdoor fridge.
