Description

The cottage is built on an area of 950 sq. m. of landscaped gardens surrounded by a stone wall. "Manila" impresses with amazing views of the bay, the mountains of Taygetos and olive groves. The massive stone walls of the cottage (50 cm) keep the house cool in the summer heat. On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room with a high ceiling, a staircase leading to the second floor and a balcony with French doors overlooking the sea. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a decorative archway. From the kitchen and living room there is access to two terraces that are ideal for al fresco dining. There is also a full size bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a balcony overlooking the mountains, olive groves and coastline. The master bedroom has its own dressing room, a comfortable night table. There is another bathroom on this floor.
