Las ventanas al paraiso private villa is located in the picturesque resort area of Vourvourou on the peninsula of Sithonia, Halkidiki. Villa on two floors with a large plot, overlooking the sea and an outdoor seating area. Detached villa on two levels with a green area surrounded by pine trees overlooking the sea. The house can accommodate up to 9 people. On the first floor of the villa there is: - living room with panoramic windows - fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine, mixer, blender, toaster, etc.) - master room - double bedroom - children's room - bathroom On the second floor: - two bedrooms, one for children (with bunk beds and the second bedroom with a double bed) are connected by a bathroom. - access to the roof Outdoors: - dining area - terrace - parkin Each room has air conditioning. A 10-minute walk from the house there is a super market and taverns. 2 min to the nearest beach. Within walking distance there are several private beaches in the form of bays. In high season, the price includes cleaning twice a week, one massage and a canoe. Breakfasts can be arranged for an additional fee, and a boat, a canoe for 2 people and bicycles are also available for rent.
