Kas - two identical three-storey cottages (190 m2 each) with private swimming pools (25 m2) and whirlpool. The houses are situated on a hill in a quiet, small village, 15 km from Heraklion.
The first floor includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom. The living room opens onto a sun terrace with swimming pool and relaxation area. The second floor consists of three bedrooms: master bedroom (24 m2) with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with large closets, balconies, air conditioning, TV. The house also has internet access and alarm system. The ground floor: a large room, where you can practice yoga, and one more bathroom. Private parking. The large balcony offers a breathtaking view of the landscape and the sea.
A small closed bay with a sandy beach is within a 10-min. walk, the famous tour. villages of Agia Pelagia, Lygaria, Ammoudara with beautiful sandy beaches are 8 km away.
