Detached villa with a swimming pool in the elite resort area of Sani, Kassandra peninsula, Chalkidiki. The villa is located on the territory of the Sani Club hotel, a 2-minute walk from the beach. The villa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay of a family or a group of friends. The house is built on three levels: On the first level, the kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, wine cooler, dishwasher, and other appliances. Spacious living room with upholstered furniture and panoramic windows to the street, there is also access to a large terrace. On the lower level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom and an additional staff bedroom. The upper level also has two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the terrace there is a swimming pool, a seating area and a dining area. In the Sani Club on the beach, two sun loungers and an umbrella are provided free of charge to the residents of the villa. Cleaning twice a week.
